We're sorry you didn't love your Bia product! Due to the nature of our products, items can only be returned if they are unopened in their original packaging with the seal intact, or in the event that they are faulty. Keep reading below for information on how to make a return.
You can return your items for up to 14 days after you receive it. If more than 14 days has passed, we won't be able to offer you a refund.
MAKING A RETURN
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com to request a return. Please quote you order number in the subject line, and let us know the reason you would like to return your item. Once approved we will provide you a return address to send the item back to. Please do not send your return until the return request has been approved. Unless your item is faulty, you will be refunded the cost of the item only, we won't be able to refund you for any shipping costs or taxes/duties you may have incurred. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your item

Please quote your order number in the subject line and describe the issue. We will also require proof of any faulty item in the form of image(s) or a video. Sorry, you are unable to edit your order once you have made your purchase. If you require an edit, we suggest you cancel the order (if it has not been shipped) and place a new order.

- Notification: To initiate a claim under the Growth Guarantee, customers must contact Bia - Imane Belle Ltd within 26 weeks (6 months) of their purchase, providing an explanation of their experience and the reasons for dissatisfaction.
- Documentation Submission: The notification must be accompanied by all necessary documentation, including proof of purchase and the series of monthly progress photos.
- Review Process: Bia - Imane Belle Ltd will review the submitted claim and may ask for further information. This review aims to assess the customer's adherence to the product's use instructions and the legitimacy of their claim.
- Outcome: If a claim is validated, Bia - Imane Belle Ltd will refund the purchase price. The final decision rests solely with Bia - Imane Belle Ltd and will be based on compliance with usage instructions and the provided evidence.
