How often should I use the duo? You’ll achieve best results if you can use the hair growth oil 3 times per week. However in clinical studies, participants used growth oils every day (so this is perfectly safe to do if you wish). You should roll once a week, this will allow your scalp time to heal and recover. Remember, the key to hair growth is consistency!
