We're sorry you didn't love your Bia product! Due to the nature of our products, items can only be returned if they are unopened in their original packaging with the seal intact, or in the event that they are faulty. Keep reading below for information on how to make a return.

RETURN POLICY

You can return your items for up to 14 days after you receive it. If more than 14 days has passed, we won't be able to offer you a refund.

MAKING A RETURN

If you would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@thereisbia.com to request a return. Please quote you order number in the subject line, and let us know the reason you would like to return your item. Once approved we will provide you a return address to send the item back to. Please do not send your return until the return request has been approved. Unless your item is faulty, you will be refunded the cost of the item only, we won't be able to refund you for any shipping costs or taxes/duties you may have incurred. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your item

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying any return shipping costs.

FAULTY ITEMS

Please accept our apologies for this! If your item is faulty, please contact us at hello@thereisbia.com to let us know. Please quote your order number in the subject line and describe the issue. We will also require proof of any faulty item in the form of image(s) or a video. You will have the choice of either a full refund (including the cost of shipping) or we will be happy to send you a replacement item free of charge and with free shipping.

EXCHANGES

We can only exchange items in the event they are faulty. If you would like to swap an item, please return the original item for a refund and make a new order. This is also the fastest way for you to get the item you want.

REFUNDS

Once processed, refunds will typically take between 5-10 working days to appear on your statement. In some cases, this may take a little longer. If you have not received your refund after 14 working days, please contact us at hello@thereisbia.com.
